I’ve been doing some work over at my Dinosaur Store.
I’ve been creating a whole new range of custom dinosaur party invitations, dinosaur posters, dinosaur birthday cards and 2011 dinosaur calendars.
I always enjoy doing this and it’s really gratifying to see how this translates into good old sales!
This big red guy comes from A Number of Dinosaurs soon to be published by Sterling in the US.
I love the rhythm and ease of these first rough drawings.
I had a really tight deadline to get this book ready to take to New York, so I had to draw like fury!
and the drawings are all the better for it…

Pop Ups! A new paper pop-up book blog.
I have just started a new blog Pop Ups!
This to showcase some fabulous and imaginative Pop Up Book creations.
Many of these will be the work of children who I had the pleasure to work with on the many author visits and pop up workshops which I do all over the country.
I don’t want to limit it to that though, so I have made it possible for anyone to send in their own unique pop up designs.
